Leadership & Board

Stewarding the Mission with Care

Leadership provides direction, governance, community relationships, and accountability for PSO’s service.

Founder & CEO

J. Denise Cromwell

J. Denise Cromwell founded Project Street Outreach in honor of her uncle, SFC Sam Caulder. Her advocacy has centered veterans, active-duty service members, military families, and people facing hardship throughout the Charleston community.

Her background in community outreach, veteran advocacy, resource coordination, and partnership-building continues to shape PSO’s boots-on-the-ground model.
